How do I level my turntable?

Ensuring your turntable is level is a crucial part of any turntable setup. This prevents common issues such as skipping, or stylus tracking issues that can cause distortion or a left/right channel imbalance.

Classic & Elite Series: RT80 RT81
These turntables have fixed feet that have a limited range of horizontal motion to account for uneven surfaces. If the plinth is not level, you may need to use isolation pads or an isolation platform with adjustable feet to account for larger adjustments if required.

Reference Series: RT82 RT83 RT84 RT85
Our Reference turntables feature adjustable feet and an included bubble level for easy leveling of the plinth. Simply place the level on the plinth and adjust the feet until the bubble is as close to the center circle as possible. If the feet have been tightened all the way to the plinth, they may be stiff while trying to raise them. If they seem stuck, turn them with more force to free them.
