What happens if my package is lost during shipment?
Most shipments can take 5-7 business days to arrive.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please be sure to check with any family or neighbors that may have accepted the package on your behalf. Some products such as bundles may ship in separate packages. You can find the other tracking numbers on the tracking number look-up page from the shipping provider. If they get separated, it can sometimes take an additional day for the rest of the order to arrive.
If you are unable to locate your package or the tracking information is not updating, contact us and we will open a lost package claim with the courier. This process can take 5-10 business days.
