Why are the first seconds of some songs cut off while using Bluetooth?
For Bluetooth transmission to occur, the speakers require an active audio signal.
If the source volume is too low, such as silence during conversations in podcasts/audiobooks, or between songs, the transmission may take a moment to continue.
You can resolve this using the following steps:
- Increase the source volume to the maximum, use the speaker control knob or remote to adjust your volume.
- Disable Automix and Gapless playback. These settings may vary by app, but cause the audio signal to drop enough to trigger this issue
- Enable Crossfade. This setting will keep an active signal between songs.
